Your chat stays on your device
When you upload a WhatsApp export, the file is read and analysed entirely inside your web browser. Your messages are never uploaded to our servers or sent to any third party, including AI services. We cannot see your chat.
What is stored, and where
- On your device only: the computed results (member names, award titles and statistics) and whether you have unlocked the full deck are saved in your browser's local storage so your awards survive checkout. Clicking "Try another chat" or clearing your browser data deletes them.
- Payments: purchases are processed by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Creem collects your name, email, payment details and billing country to process the payment and handle taxes, under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details from Creem so we can provide support. We never see your card number.
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits. It doesn't track you across sites.
- Fonts: the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as with any website. No chat data is ever sent.
- Support emails: if you email us, we keep the conversation to help you.
Sharing your results
Share cards are created on your device. They contain the names of people in your chat, so please make sure your group is happy for you to share them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete any data we hold about you (in practice, only order and support records) by emailing us. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This service is not intended for children under 13.
